Life happens, and it happens to us all. If at all possible I respectfully ask that if you need to cancel please give at "least" at 4 hour notice. If there is a no call, no show, and the appointment is booked, you will be responsible for half the service you booked before booking another appointment. Laser Nail treatment requires deposit before booking is scheduled.
